Inspired daily by her life on a working farm, Maine artist Katherine Dunn layers colors in a way that creates a foggy, dream-like patina in her 'Fog & Road' painting. Of this piece, she says, "In Maine, we have old apple trees everywhere. In winter, spring and fall, the fog comes off the ocean and the roads and orchards are joined in silence. It is beautiful."
